At Luafox, your privacy and game code security are foundational to our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the steps we take to protect your data when using the Luafox platform and Studio plugin.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide and operate the Service:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address or third-party account details (such as your Discord username and unique ID).
• Prompt & Context Data: Natural language prompts, selected code snippets, and relevant explorer hierarchies sent to Luafox during your Studio sessions to generate and debug scripts.
• Usage & Telemetry: Anonymized performance metrics, generation latency, and error logs to maintain system reliability and prevent service abuse.

3. What We NEVER Collect

We adhere to strict data minimization principles:

• We never collect or store your Roblox account passwords or security PINs.
• We never request or access your .ROBLOSECURITY cookies or session credentials.
• We never download or store your full Roblox place files (.rbxl) on our servers without your explicit action.
• Payment card numbers are processed directly by certified payment processors (Stripe) and are never stored on Luafox servers.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information strictly to:

• Process your prompts and deliver tailored Luau code generations to your Studio instance.
• Manage your account, LF$ credit balance, and subscription tier.
• Detect and prevent fraud, malicious script distribution, and platform abuse.
• Provide customer support and resolve technical inquiries.

5. Model Training Policy

Your proprietary game code and creative assets are yours. We do not sell your project data to third parties, and we do not use your private game scripts to train public foundation models without your express consent.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete chat histories, reset Studio plugin sync sessions, or request full account and data deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon confirmation, your personal data and conversation histories are permanently removed from our active databases.
