Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Luafox website, web application, API, and the Luafox Roblox Studio plugin (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Roblox Corporation Disclaimer & Independence

Luafox is an independent developer tooling platform operated by Luafox. Luafox is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by Roblox Corporation.

“Roblox”, “Roblox Studio”, “Luau”, and any associated logos or marks are registered trademarks of Roblox Corporation. You agree that your use of Roblox Studio and any experiences you publish must also comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards.

3. Account & Access

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register an account using email or third-party authentication (such as Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Luafox will never ask for your Roblox password, account credentials, or .ROBLOSECURITY cookies. You should never disclose sensitive authentication tokens to any service.

4. Ownership of Code & Intellectual Property

You own what you build. As between you and Luafox, you retain 100% intellectual property ownership and commercial rights to all Luau scripts, code snippets, project hierarchies, and game experiences generated or modified using Luafox.

Luafox does not claim any copyright or proprietary interest in your generated game code. You may monetize, sell, distribute, or open-source your experiences freely without paying royalties to Luafox.

5. Subscriptions, Usage Quotas, and Billing

Luafox offers subscription plans including Essential ($9/month) and Pro ($19/month). Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Paid plans include a weekly usage quota metered against a rolling 5-hour session limit and a weekly quota; free plans include a monthly usage pool.
• Unused usage quota does not roll over to subsequent billing cycles unless explicitly specified.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious scripts, exploits, backdoors, or code intended to disrupt Roblox servers or compromise player security.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model architectures and proprietary harness code of Luafox.
• Circumvent rate limits, credit quotas, or account restrictions.
• Violate any applicable laws or the Roblox Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Luafox makes no guarantees regarding the uptime, correctness of generated code, or specific game performance outcomes. In no event shall Luafox be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
