1. Our Commitment to Developers

We built Luafox to give Roblox developers genuine superpower without the bloated $20 pricing of generic AI wrappers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience and confident in the tools you build with.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to the Essential ($9/mo) or Pro ($19/mo) plan and find that Luafox does not meet your development needs, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.

To qualify for the 7-day guarantee, your account must have had reasonable, good-faith usage during the trial period. Accounts that have consumed more than 80% of their allocated weekly usage quota or engaged in abusive automation are not eligible for a full refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Luafox subscription at any time with a single click from your account billing settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will not be billed for any subsequent renewal cycles.
• You will continue to have full access to your plan and remaining LF$ credit balance until the end of your current paid billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months once the initial 7-day guarantee window has elapsed.

4. Service Disruptions & Technical Issues

In the rare event of an extended platform outage or critical Studio plugin bridge failure that prevents you from using your plan credits, please contact support. We will review your account and issue appropriate billing credits (LF$) or billing adjustments on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email support@luafox.com or contact@luafox.com with the following details:

• Your registered Luafox account email.
• Your payment invoice or order receipt number.
• A brief description of why the platform did not fit your needs (we value developer feedback to improve the product).

Our team reviews and processes eligible refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method via Stripe (typically appearing on your statement within 3–5 business days).
